AI Training for Teams
Hands-on AI training built around your team's real tasks: from confident everyday use of AI assistants to designing your own AI workflows.
Who it is for
- Office and knowledge workers
- Managers
- Marketing, HR, finance and operations teams
Most AI training stops at a demo: impressive examples, a few prompts, and a week later nothing has changed. The difference comes from practice on real work.
Every program starts with your team’s tasks: reports, emails, analysis, planning, documentation. Participants learn the principles and immediately apply them to their own material, so by the end of training they already have results they can keep using.
Typical modules
- Foundations — how AI assistants work, their limits and how to check results.
- Everyday work — writing, summarizing, analyzing data and documents, preparing meetings.
- Prompting as a skill — context, examples, structure and iterating toward a good result.
- Safety — what can and cannot be shared, company policies, handling sensitive data.
- Next level — reusable assistants, simple agents and connecting AI to the tools you already use.
Format
Workshops can be online, in the office or mixed. Groups are small enough for everyone to practice, and each session ends with a task to try at work before the next one.
How it works
- 01
Assessment
A short survey and interviews to understand roles, tools available and where people get stuck.
- 02
Program
We agree on modules, format (online, offline or mixed) and the practical tasks participants will solve.
- 03
Sessions
Workshops with live practice and homework on real tasks, not abstract examples.
- 04
Follow-up
Q&A, a review of what people actually use after training and materials for new employees.
Questions
Our people have very different levels. Is that a problem?
No. The assessment helps split groups or build tracks so beginners are not lost and advanced users are not bored.
Which tools do you teach?
The ones your company is allowed to use. The principles transfer between ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and other assistants.
